Leah O’Dwyer, Founder and CEO of ZeroMission brings more than 15 years EV industry experience following prior roles at Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility and ChargePoint. Leah has built business units from the ground up in the international electromobility sector and pioneered innovative technology, project and business models from concept to deployment for all EV’s from passenger cars to heavy duty trucks and buses, including optimized system design, Fleet Software and Energy Management.

Christopher (Chris) Burghardt is an experienced entrepreneur and C-suite executive currently working as independent advisor and board member in the fields of energy, mobility, and climate tech. In addition to his role with ZeroMission, he is a member of the board of EVIQ, an EV charging infra company owned by the Saudi Arabia Public Investment Fund (PIF). He is also an advisor to XLinks Ltd and a Venture Partner at Clean Tech VC firm 2150, as well as an advisory board member at con|energy AG, MKB and Vireo Ventures.
Christopher spent most of his career in operational executive leadership roles. Until the end of 2021, he was a member of ChargePoint’s executive leadership team and responsible for all aspects of the company’s international growth. Prior to that, he was a member of Uber’s EMEA management team in charge of market development, policy and communications across 45 markets. Before joining Uber in 2016, Christopher was the MD in charge of growing and managing First Solar’s business across the Europe Middle East and Africa region.
Christopher also held leadership roles at Anheuser-Busch InBev, Mercedes-Benz (then DaimlerChrysler) and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. 
Christopher holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, an MA from the College of Europe, Bruges, and a BA from the University of Sussex and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques, Aix-en-Provence. He is married and has three children and an Irish-bred Cockapoo

Manuel is an experienced entrepreneur and investor focussing on impact investing, particularly in green mobility and deep tech. He has a vast network across Europe and contributes to several startup accelerators. Recently, he led the growth of EcoG, a major IoT platform for EV charging in Europe, and has founded four successful ventures. His entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 14. In his next life, he wants to be a sea otter. Until then, he collects good karma points as a vegan doing yoga.

Dr. Roman Dudenhausen, CEO of con|energy ag is an energy and electromobility market specialist since 1996. He founded con|energy in 1996 and energy|gate a leading energy industry information provider in 2000. In 2001 Roman founded E-world energy & water, the largest energy trade fair in Europe. Since 2009 he has launched more than 10 companies in the consulting, IT and energy services sector. Roman also participated in Mia Electric a French vehicle OEM until 2014 and in 2015 became an investor in eMotorWerks. Roman was an advisor to ChargePoint from 2018 – 2022. He is currently a Venture Partner of Smart Infrastructure Fund, Leipzig, an advisor at Linse Capital and investor in Xlinks. Prior to his doctoral work at University GHS, Essen, Roman studied economics in Essen and Toronto.

Dr Amy Neale is General Partner with Delta Partners, supporting entrepreneurs to build great businesses and actively investing in seed stage startups across multiple sectors. Prior to joining Delta, Amy was Senior Vice President at Mastercard, with responsibility for a global team focused on fintech products, solutions & programmes, including the award winning Start Path program. Over 20 years Amy has held a variety of roles in the tech sector and supported hundreds of startups. Amy holds a PhD in Computational Linguistics from Cardiff University and while she grew up in the UK she now calls Dublin home.
