DEPOT MANAGEMENT

We’ve developed a representative depot map view showing locations of charging stations and other key infrastructure in the depot, together with real time vehicle locations. This view allows operators to easily identify where vehicles are parked, which vehicles are charging and the associated charging station.

The depot management view enables operators to implement charge and load management for the depot and to toggle between manual and automated charging control. Charging policies are also accessed in this view, while alerts for exceptions such as an unplugged vehicle are raised both here and in the exceptions matrix.

VEHICLE MANAGEMENT

Using a one platform approach, where all key interdependent data is mapped and monitored, we’ve developed a series of intuitive dashboards where all mission critical information is displayed in real time with a range of AI informed decision support tools. Our solution is universal and designed to work with all vehicle, charging station and power supply equipment makes and types.

Presenting this data in a color coded matrix allows for fast identification of issues as they arise and for operators to see which areas within the operating eco-system are being impacted.

By selecting any topic within the matrix operators are presented with an exceptions view associated with that issue. Exceptions are deviations to the plan and are created considering the interdependencies across the entire eco system. Exceptions are raised with AI powered suggested actions and may
be snoozed or resolved.

Vehicle information is also presented within the Fleet Management tab. In this view individual vehicle energy status, geo location, scheduled duty and any maintenance data can be accessed. Information is color coded for fast identification.

ENERGY MANAGEMENT

With OCPP (1.6.J | 2.0.1) integration to charging stations and API integrations a true energy management solution, it is necessary to collect and map data for the onsite power supply equipment, such as electric panels, switch gear and transformers.

To capture data from the energy supply equipment, we have integrated with a range of IoT devices to measure power quality and harmonics, together with status and critical parameters from each of the other power supply systems including embedded generation and battery storage if installed

CHARGER MANAGEMENT

With OCPP (1.6.J | 2.0.1) integration to charging stations and API integrations to charger management clouds, we’ve enabled charging station data exchange for real time asset status management and control.

Charging station data is presented in list view with filtering by charger status, condition, rated capacity, charging rules and assigned vehicles. As with our other dashboards condition and status is represented using an easy to understand color coded hierarchy.

Selecting an individual charging station navigates to the depot view where charger detailed information and status can be viewed and station specific power limits set. This view also contains information regarding software licenses associated with a device, warranty information, MAC address, serial number and duty cycles.

In this still early phase of fleet electrification, we understand the value of a reliable single data source for decision makers and as a benchmark for operators seeking to improve operational efficiency. On that basis we categorize and compile all day to day system wide operational data to enable a range of AI powered insights and reports.

As we are vendor agnostic, our reports and insights deliver independent comparative analysis for each of the eco-system data points, be that vehicles, charging stations, power supply devices and energy providers. While the network effect of multiple anonymized integrations drives deeper intelligent insights.
